About Deposit and Payment
A deposit of 20% is requested to confirm your order and will secure your promise date and chair price shown on your order. This deposit is refundable at any time prior to my notifying you I have started work on your chair(s). Please let me know as soon as possible if circumstances require you to cancel or change your order.
The balance plus any applicable sales tax is due when I have completed your order and it is ready to deliver.
